Tour to Zakopane
Tatra Mountains a part of Karpaty leading through 7 countries. Tour lasts about 7 – 8 hours. A pick up is possible from any place situated in Krakow. A first stop is after 1,5 hour’s drive is in Chochołów Village with a unique Logo Architecture style. Next stop for everybody hungry to taste local cheese (Oscypek) enjoying vies for plains and Tatras of course. Zakopane Town is connected with a former Pope John Paul II. The is a sanctuary dedicated to him. After visiting a sanctuary we pick up a funicular just to spend some time enjoying a view for a town, ski jumping and panoramic vie for Tatra Mountains. Around a Lower Station of funicular there is open air market. Just to do some shopping hand craft, leather gloves, jackets some fruits and vegetables and local cheese of course. After lunch break.

Appreciating architecture will definitely make you really hungry. That’s why our next stop includes tasting the famous oscypek (local type of cheese) while enjoying the breathtaking views of plains and Tatra Mountains.
Zakopane Town, where our adventure concludes, is also connected with the Pope John Paul II, as there is a sanctuary dedicated to him. After visiting the sanctuary, we’ll enter a funicular to enjoy the amazing vistas of Zakopane and Tatra Mountains. Oh, and you may see some ski jumpers too!
Near the bottom station of the funicular there is an open air market. It’s the perfect spot to do some handcraft, clothing and grocery shopping. You can get even more oscypeks there too!
